Due to the 5 warehouses we have at disposal for shipping our items, the shipping method may vary, based on your location and the stock availability in our deposits.

Yes, we can ship our items internationally. 

Please allow 3 – 5 business days for your order to be processed. During high volume periods and sales, dispatch times may vary.

Depending on the locations of the warehouse, from where your order is shipped, it may take from 6 to 15 business days for your order to arrive.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouses, it can’t be canceled, but you can return the item and receive a store credit or a refund. Pleases read the Return & Exchange page.


To make sure you have the full control over your order and receive and updated regarding it, we require an account at placing an order.


Once your order has been processed, you will be notified via email about the new changes and the tracking code for it.


We offer an easy and stress-free return policy, If you would like to return/exchange your product, simply reach out to us at return@ohwell.store within 7 days of your purchase. You’ll receive store credit and or an exchange, simply provide us your order no. to receive a return merchandise authorization and return address. Please note, if any shipping cost was involved, the original shipping costs cannot be refunded and you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
